Fix common issues fast. If problems persist, contact support or start a repair.
- Clean the connector - is the connector clean? Does it have build up or dirt.
- Inspect cable strain relief for twists, cuts, and damage.
- Confirm a firm connection between beltpack and mic plug.
- Replace/fully charge batteries.
- Inspect cable strain relief for twists/damage.
- Re-pair transmitter and receiver on a clear channel if interference persists.
- Allow microphone to fully dry between classes - always start class with a dry windscreen.
- Check capsule/windscreen for sweat, tape, debris.
- Lower input gain on transmitter/mixer.
- Verify limiter/compressor settings aren't clipping.
- Check batteries - always test with a fresh battery in the transmitter.
- Ensure both devices share the same group/channel.
- Move within 20 ft of receiver during pairing.
- Factory reset receiver before re-linking if needed.
- Check mic cable.
- Make sure battery contacts are clean.
- Make sure headset connection is solid, and not falling out.
- Use fresh alkaline or known-good rechargeables.
- Ensure receiver antenna isn't blocked by metal/obstructions.
