Warranty & repairs
Check eligibility, start a request, and see how service works. Typical repair turnaround is ~48 hours after arrival.
Step 1 — Check eligibility
- Length: 12 months from purchase (unless otherwise stated on product page).
- Covers: Manufacturing defects in materials & workmanship under normal, intended use.
- Excludes: Wear & tear, misuse/accidents, liquid ingress beyond rating, unauthorized service.
- Have ready: Order number, product model, serial (if present), description of issue.
Step 2 — Submit a repair request
Complete the form below. You’ll receive an RMA and shipping instructions by email.
- Review time: 1–2 business days
- Evaluation after arrival: 7-10 business days
Step 3 — Prepare & ship
- Write the RMA on the label and include it inside the box.
- Pack securely; remove batteries and liquids.
- Send only items related to the issue unless requested.
Step 4 — After we receive it
- You’ll get an email confirming coverage.
- If approved under warranty: repair or replacement at our discretion.
- Return shipping: Ground return covered on approved warranty repairs within the U.S.
Out-of-warranty options
- Paid repair (estimate provided for approval).
- Certified replacement unit (when available).
- Loyalty discount toward a new purchase if repair isn’t economical.
