Warranty

The Fitness Audio Warranty

Our gear is built for the one thing that kills ordinary audio equipment: sweat. Our warranty is built the same way — it covers the failure that actually happens in fitness studios, and it tells you plainly what it doesn't. Every term below runs from your purchase date and requires proof of purchase.

Aeromic & Cyclemic — The 2-Year Sweat Death Warranty

For two years from purchase, your Aeromic or Cyclemic is guaranteed against sweat damage to the capsule, frame, and cable — at up to 7 classes or 7 hours of teaching per day. This is not a standard electronics warranty that excludes moisture. It covers moisture specifically, because that's what we build for. All warranty repairs are carried out by the original Aeromic technicians.

Two conditions keep it honest: the microphone must be free of physical damage (a sweat warranty covers sweat, not drops, bends, or chewed cables), and the connector must retain its factory eGloop anti-corrosion coating, which every unit we ship is treated with before delivery.

Wireless Transmitters — 2-Year Sweat Warranty

Every Fitness Audio transmitter we sell ships with corrosion-inhibiting lacquer on its circuit board and eGloop anti-corrosion grease applied to the connector and battery contacts, and we record your transmitter's serial number against your invoice. For two years from purchase, sweat-related electronic faults will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

What this warranty is not: a wear-and-tear program. Physical damage to the panel plug or cables, broken battery tags, cracked case covers, worn switches, and failed power LEDs from daily handling are not sweat faults and aren't covered — though most are inexpensive fixes, and we're happy to point you to parts like replacement battery covers.

EMic, EMic XL & FM-41

The EMic carries a 12-month warranty at up to 20 classes per week; the FM-41 carries a 12-month warranty at up to 7 classes per week. These mics are honest workhorses priced for their workload — if you're teaching beyond their ratings, the Aeromic and Cyclemic exist for exactly that reason, and their 2-year coverage reflects it.

Receivers, Mixers & Power Supplies

U-Series and DX6 receivers, Aeromix mixers, the AeroLink Bluetooth receiver, and all power supplies are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. These components live safely in your rack, not on a sweating instructor — a standard term covers them appropriately.

What's Never Covered

Physical or accidental damage, use beyond a product's stated class rating, modifications or repairs by anyone other than us, products without proof of purchase, and second-hand purchases. Warranty coverage belongs to the original purchaser.
