Cyclemic

The Cyclemic CM-11 is built to conquer the intense, high-sweat environment of the spin studio. Engineered with a unique "J-curve" ear hook, the Cyclemic locks into place, ensuring it stays secure through every sprint, climb, and jump. The capsule is specifically tuned to cut through the roar of flywheels, fans, and high-energy music, delivering your voice with exceptional clarity.
The Cyclemic is covered by a 2-year "no sweat" guarantee (2 Year Sweat Death Warranty - 7 classes a day, 7 days a week!) - making it the most durable and reliable headset for any cycling instructor.
Please Note: This headset requires a wireless bodypack transmitter to operate. Ensure you select the correct connector for your specific brand of transmitter.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions by current and future customers
What makes the Cyclemic different from the Aeromic?
The frame. The Cyclemic is an orange Aeromic reshaped with a J-curve that drains sweat away from the capsule. Cycling instructors keep their heads in a fixed, forward-leaning position — sweat runs straight down a standard headband and pools at the capsule. The J-curve redirects it so it drips off harmlessly. Everything else — capsule, cable, connector, warranty — is identical.
Can I use the Cyclemic for classes besides cycling?
Yes. It uses the same LS capsule and Carbon Collar as the Aeromic, so it handles any high-sweat format. Hot yoga instructors in particular love it for the same reason cyclists do — fixed position, extreme sweat. If you teach a mix of standing and cycling classes, the Aeromic's PhatFrame headband is more versatile for movement.
Why is the capsule positioned beside the mouth instead of in front?
It reduces breath noise and eliminates the need for a large foam windscreen. You get cleaner voice pickup without plosives or breathing sounds being amplified — especially important when you're out of breath on the bike.
What does the 2-year sweat warranty cover?
Sweat damage to the headset under daily professional use — up to 7 classes a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This specifically covers the thing that kills every other cycling mic.
What's the orange sleeve on the boom arm?
That's the Orange Shield — a protective barrier at the cable junction on the boom arm. On cycling headsets specifically, this is the point where moisture most commonly infiltrates. The sleeve adds another layer of defense at that exact spot.
What transmitters does it work with?
All major fitness and pro-audio brands. Choose T4 for Fitness Audio, Shure, Mipro, JTS, Chiayo, Toa, EV, and Telex. T3 for AKG and Samson. 3.5mm for Sennheiser. Hirose for Audio-Technica. MTU8 for Fitness Audio's cable-free system. Not sure? Send us a photo of your transmitter and we'll tell you.
Is the Cyclemic good for hot yoga?
It's one of the best mics for heated studios. The J-curve frame, Carbon Collar, sealed capsule, and all-steel cable are built for exactly this kind of extreme moisture environment.
Do I need to use the windsock?
It's included and recommended. The windsock adds vocal strength and reduces feedback. Spares are available — treat them as consumable and replace every few weeks under heavy use.
Can I use the Cyclemic without a belt pack?
Yes — pair it with the Fitness Audio MTU8 transmitter. The MTU8 clips directly to the headset frame, eliminating the belt pack and cable entirely. No cable running down to your waist on the bike.
