Shipping & Handling

Every order leaves our warehouse in Santa Cruz, California. Here is what to expect between clicking Buy and the box arriving.

When it ships

Order before 1 PM Pacific on a business day and it ships the same day. Orders after 1 PM, on weekends or on US holidays ship the next business day. You get a tracking number by email when the label prints.

Large dealer and installer orders sometimes need a day for approval or stock checks. If yours does, we email you before anything moves.

What it costs

Retail orders over $150 ship free anywhere in the United States. Under $150, ground shipping is a flat $10. Dealer orders are shipped at the rates on the dealer price list.

How long it takes

Ground delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on where you are.

Where we ship

The website ships within the United States. If you are outside the US, email us and we will point you to the Fitness Audio distributor for your region.

Something wrong with the delivery?

If a box arrives damaged or something is missing, email us the same day with a photo and your order number. Warranty and repairs are handled through the Service and Warranty Portal.
