At Fitness Audio, we know timing matters. Whether you're outfitting a boutique studio or a multi-room facility, our goal is clear: get your equipment shipped quickly and reliably.
Order Processing
All orders placed before 3:00 PM PST on business days are processed the same day from our Santa Cruz, CA warehouse. Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.
Please note: custom installations or dealer orders may take additional approval time; we’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, weight, and destination. In many cases, we offer flat-rate shipping promotions—check the banner at the top of our site for current offers.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada, Mexico, and selected international territories. Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility. Transit times vary by country and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain oversized or high-value items may ship via freight and require a signature upon delivery. We will contact you in advance if your order includes freight-only items.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please use the link in that email to monitor your delivery status and arrange pickup or reroute if necessary.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your shipment arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can expedite a replacement or claim. For missing packages, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate or replace the items.
