Fitness Audio Yoga Wrap
Neoprene sweat barrier for on-head transmitters. Wraps around the transmitter housing on your headset frame to block moisture from reaching the electronics. Fits Fitness Audio MTU8, Samson Airline 77, Samson Airline 99m, and other on-frame transmitters.
What It Does Your transmitter sits on the hottest part of your body. During a heated class, sweat runs from your scalp directly into the transmitter housing. The Yoga Wrap puts a neoprene barrier between your skin and the electronics. It catches what it can and blocks the rest from reaching the circuit board and battery contacts. The difference between a transmitter that lasts months and one that lasts years is often this one accessory.
What It Fits

- Other on-frame transmitters that mount directly to the headset
Does NOT fit beltpack transmitters. If your transmitter clips to your waist, use a Pouchbelt instead

Why this exists
Your beltpack has a Pouchbelt. Your on-head transmitter has nothing.
Beltpack transmitters sit on your waist — away from the heaviest sweat. On-head transmitters are strapped to your scalp. In a 100°F yoga studio, sweat runs down your forehead, along the headset frame, and pools inside the transmitter housing. That moisture corrodes battery contacts and shorts circuit boards. The Yoga Wrap stops it. Neoprene sits between your skin and the housing. It absorbs what hits it and blocks what gets past. For $15, it's the easiest way to add months or years to your transmitter's life.
FAQ
Common questions
What transmitters does the Pouchbelt fit?
All major brands. Shure, Sennheiser, AKG, Samson, Audio-Technica, Fitness Audio, Mipro, Chiayo, JTS, and more. The snug pocket design grips the bodypack without snaps or velcro — no closures to wear out or snag on clothing.
What transmitters does it fit?
Fitness Audio MTU8, and other transmitters that mount directly onto the headset frame. If your transmitter clips to the frame near your ear instead of going in a belt pack, this is the one.
I use a beltpack transmitter. Do I need this?
No. You need a Pouchbelt. The Yoga Wrap is specifically shaped for on-head transmitters. The Pouchbelt protects beltpack transmitters at the waist.
Does it affect sound quality?
No. The wrap covers the transmitter housing only. It doesn't touch the boom arm, capsule, or windscreen. Zero impact on audio.
How often do I replace it?
Depends on sweat volume and class frequency. Heavy use in heated studios — every few months. Lighter use — longer. When it stays damp after washing or the neoprene is visibly stretched and loose around the transmitter, it's done. Think of it the same way you think of windscreens.
Can I wash it?
Hand wash, line dry. If you teach back-to-back heated classes, have two and rotate so you always start dry.
Why can't I return it?
It sits against your skin and absorbs sweat. Once opened, it can't be resold. This is standard for any body-worn fitness audio accessory. Contact us before ordering if you have fit or compatibility questions.
Should I buy windscreens at the same time?
If you're teaching in heat, yes. The same sweat that hits the transmitter hits the windscreen. Both degrade under the same conditions. Grab a 5-pack of windscreens with the wrap and you're covered.
My transmitter overheats in hot yoga. Will this help?
The wrap protects against moisture, not heat. Transmitters will get warm in 100°F+ rooms regardless. What kills them isn't the warmth — it's the sweat reaching the circuit board and battery contacts. That's what the Yoga Wrap prevents.
Can I use it with the Aeromic or Cyclemic?
Only when those headsets are paired with an on-head transmitter like the MTU8. If you're running a standard Aeromic with a cable down to a beltpack, the Yoga Wrap doesn't apply — use a Pouchbelt for the beltpack.
